• Cancellation of an order within the legal timeframe, under the specific conditions of each service.

• Not disseminating content protected by copyright without our consent.

3. Limitation of Liability

Bordurluhali does not assume responsibility for investment or business decisions made by clients based on the consultancy provided. Results are not guaranteed and are influenced by external market factors. Our services do not replace the advice of a licensed financial specialist. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

4. Payment and Refund Conditions

Prices are displayed in lei (RON) and include VAT, where applicable. Payment is made in full before the start of the service or access to the course. Refunds for consultancy services that have begun are not possible. For digital courses, the right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days of purchase, provided the content has not been accessed. Full details are available at order completion.

5. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services for any user who violates these terms, without prior notice and without the right to a refund. The user may cease using the platform at any time, forfeiting access to paid services upon the expiration of the paid period.
